Came across this app in a forum discussion about how so many basic features are missing from Shopify and require a paid app to add it. This is a no-frills solution to the problem many shop owners face when they need to provide customers with a solution, and it does exactly what it promises. The developer is great, highly responsive to feedback, so I expect this to improve over time. I really appreciate making this available!
