Prompt support, and a thorough onboarding consultation to graduate us from a tedious google-sheets purchase ordering “system” to a fully predictive and data-driven method with the app. The app is easy to use and support has been eager to assist with any back-end time savers, receptive to app suggestions, and quick to reply to any questions.
