Fabrikatör has proven to be extremely helpful for us, especially in managing purchase orders and improving inventory forecasting. It's easy to use, convenient, and packed with valuable features that are continuously being updated. The support team has been excellent—whenever we've had any issues, they've responded quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!

We've been using Fabrikator for almost two years now, and it's been a great fit for our business. We've tried several inventory planning solutions in the past – many were either too complex and expensive for our needs, or too basic and not reliable enough. Fabrikator strikes the perfect balance. It's simple and intuitive to use, but still powerful enough to handle everything we need. We manage around 500 SKUs, and the planning features work really well for us. Overall, we're super happy with it and can definitely recommend it!

I found their pricing to be quite steep. They charge $0.75 per backorder, which can quickly add up if your business frequently deals with backorders, as mine does. This results in monthly costs soaring to $300 or $400, or even higher depending on sales spikes. When I reached out to the CEO to discuss a custom plan tailored to my business's unique needs, I was met with a curt response: either accept the high charges or find another service. Not the most accommodating approach!

For anyone reading this, here’s the full context: 🟡 This review was left after we politely declined a request for a special discount — one that no other customer receives. 🟡 The user uninstalled Fabrikatör on the 4th day of their 14-day free trial, without exploring the full value of the app. That said, here’s where we stand: ✅ Our pricing is transparent and equal for all users. ✅ We’re fair to all merchants and don’t make exceptions under pressure. ✅ We’re here for long-term partnerships, not short-term deals. Nonetheless, thank you for considering Fabrikatör 💙 We truly hope that one day we’ll see you among the amazing brands who work with us and inspire us every day. Fabrikator is such a great app! So much information at your fingertips and it makes re-ordering really easy. The Fabrikator team have been so helpful whenever we needed them, really going out of their way to make sure we were happy which has been wonderful.

We've been using the Fabrikatör app for a while now, and it has brought real value to our operations. The backorder feature in particular has been a game changer — it helps us react quickly when products go out of stock and ensures we don’t miss out on potential sales. With backorders, we can better anticipate demand and place replenishment orders at the right time. It gives us confidence in our decision-making and saves a lot of time compared to manual processes. The team behind Fabrikatör is also incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we have questions. The app keeps evolving in the right direction. We started our free trial with Fabrikator to determine if it could help address some of the challenges we were facing. One of our main issues was accurately forecasting consumer demand to prevent stock shortages and avoid losing sales. Collecting and analyzing sales data is incredibly time-consuming, and once orders were placed, managing inventory efficiently became even more complicated. It is really helpful that you can import your PO's and then those incoming qtys are taken in to account. Historically this has always been a manual process which is much more time consuming looking through orders to check if something is on order. Initially I had a video call with Egemen which was incredibly helpful. Since then he has provided us with continuous support, guiding us through the process of getting all of our information into the app. This has allowed us to fully explore the potential benefits of Fabrikator, and we’re excited to see how it continues to streamline our operations and improve our inventory management.

This app is top notch. Its intuitive, provides all the necessary and relevant information, and is easy to mange. I have used previous apps before that try to offer similar solutions but I am left still with uncertainty due to poor reporting and design. Fabrikator meets and exceeds all my expectations. As a bonus, the onboarding is fantastic and thorough. Once you get through, you'll be smooth sailing with the most accurate reports you've ever had.

The app is very clearly laid out and the look and feel is perfect. The functions are useful and clearly laid out, and planning quantities is easy. The team helps you with onboarding and support responds very quickly. All points of contact with the support team were very pleasant. Only the pricing - as SAAS companies like to do - is a horror. Of course, it's based on turnover again, and it gets damn expensive at the top. I think paying about $6,000 a year is clearly way too much. We'll see to what extent Fabrikatör helps us and whether we want to use it in the long term because of the high costs or whether we'd rather look for a cheaper but less attractive alternative.

It's been a great app so far as it does its core functionalities well and fast. We have thousands of SKUs so that means a lot to us not to have to wait on spinning wheels of loading death. Also, I actually like their AI help bot a ton. It enables you to get simple questions answered fast and always gives an option to talk to a person right away without hassle. I love using that AI bot instead of searching an article database and then having to scroll and try and find the answer to what I need. On top of that their support team is awesome. I get a response back pretty quickly and even on the weekends sometimes. On top of that!! they are super receptive to feature suggestions. A requested filter here and different report there or a explanation how that functionality already exists. It's really refreshing and makes you a fan of the company and just root for it. I highly recommend Fabrikator as your inventory assistant!

I have exercised considerable patience with this application, but regrettably, I have not experienced any success. Despite the involvement of the team, including the CEO, they were unable to perform what should be a straightforward task—importing my product inventory from Shopify, and more concerning, my sales history. This was even after providing access to my Shopify account. Furthermore, the service comes at a high cost, and communication throughout the process has been slow. My request was simple—just a sync of inventory and sales history. Given these challenges, I would advise exploring alternative providers.

Fabrikatör is specifically designed to help active online stores optimize inventory and forecast sales data integration with Shopify. In this case, the user did not have an active online store and only used the app for four days. During this brief period, there were expectations outside of our core offering. Our CEO personally reached out to offer help, but the user mistakenly thought he was an "SEO expert" instead of recognizing him as the CEO dedicated to supporting our customers. Unfortunately, the user did not accept the assistance offered. We made multiple attempts to connect and provide the necessary support, but these efforts were not accepted. Given this interaction and the misalignment of expectations, we question the intent behind this review. While we respect everyone's right to share their experience, we believe it is essential for potential customers to understand the context and our commitment to truth and transparency. At Fabrikatör, our focus remains on long-term success and helping merchants who truly benefit from our software, rather than making short-term gains. This approach has enabled us to serve hundreds of brands worldwide effectively. We appreciate every chance to support our users and will always strive to offer the most suitable solutions—even if that means suggesting alternatives that works better for them.
