So far, so good, easy to install and works great with self test. Only just installed so need a few more days to see if any glitches arise.

I think I once tried this app a while ago, but I decided to come back and try it again, but it doesn't seem to load on my theme. The uninstall instructions is pretty user friendly so you can try it knowing it you can easily remove it if doesn't work.

It is great when your Customer is Chrome or Mobile user but when they are Firefox user they wont be able to Chat because this App dont Support Firefox Browser for some reason EDIT: They fixed it and i am thankful for that :)
