This app is very easy to use and it gives you a massive advantage for customers to chat directly to you if they have questions
It is great when your Customer is Chrome or Mobile user but when they are Firefox user they wont be able to Chat because this App dont Support Firefox Browser for some reason EDIT: They fixed it and i am thankful for that :)

The app is glitchy and not easy to find timely support. Can't find how to set times for the Chat/off hours. Cannot save new features. Exit pop up cannot be customized to come up only ONCE and not on every page. Its annoying.
Perfect app! Also it fits the best with facebook chat and facebook customers, so I RECOMMEND this one for everyone
I think I once tried this app a while ago, but I decided to come back and try it again, but it doesn't seem to load on my theme. The uninstall instructions is pretty user friendly so you can try it knowing it you can easily remove it if doesn't work.
Helpful for customers that have questions and concerns about the products or services that they'll be getting. Great feature to our store!
