So far, pretty excellent. Suppliers need to keep their descriptions clean as that is what loads into our POS. Referencing case counts and messages to retailers creates more work. Also need to create their inventory as singles, not as cases as that is how it loads into our Shopify inventory. Overall, very easy and excellent.

As a new shop owner, I truly appreciate Faire and how they simplify what could be so overwhelming when you are trying to get your feet under you. It's wonderful to have safeguards between vendors and retailers, 60-day net, and so much more.

I buy all of my inventory through Faire, and the experience with the app syncing my products directly in to Shopify has been wonderful. I can customize information as I need, but otherwise it's just a few clicks to get my products ready to go live on my Shopify site.

Most all of the products I have ordered have been of great quality. Integration with my Shopify POS has been seamless. I highly recommend Faire to any small business wanting to grow their inventory.

As a small gift shop owner who purchases from both on and off Faire for my offline store, there were some inconveniences initially with the Faire integration to my Shopify such as, the automated quantities and SRPs that would transfer to my POS. Believe it or not, it was almost "too automated" for my business needs. It seemed redundant for information to be transferred automatically and for me to go back and manually change the crucial information. With certain items requiring different margins and having different SRPs and some having testers on shelf and requiring to take out of the purchased quantities, the newly updated improvements of the integrations allows me to go in and bulk adjust accordingly for only the sections that need edits. The fact I can turn on/off the ability to have variations be bulked together as one item is also another helpful improvement when pricing may be same, etc. The new improvements that the team and specifically Andrew Liu has walked me through, though small changes for some, are huge improvements for me as a hands-on owner who does all the inventory. Any time saved is a win for business owners and I'm excited that I can take advantage of the new "just-enough automation" improvements! Thanks so much, Andrew and Faire team for the constant effort to reiterate and improve Faire!
