I’ve tried downloading the app a couple of times but it doesn’t seem to work ‍

I had the same issue as the one below, in that I just could not download this app at all. I've tried different browsers also. I use them on my phone and internet browsers separately and enjoy the site. I was really hoping to integrate it into my Shopify to save be time downloading the purchased items.

I tried installing and working with this app. twice. I am not a computer expert but I am definitely savvy enough. Whereas most apps. (imo) are self-explanatory, this app. left me lost with a blank stare. There aren't any explanations or a way to navigate. I do not know if this was a glitch (twice) but this program did not work for me. I tried researching, looked for tutorials, search the faire website and came back no less the wiser.
