Fairing lets us understand how the shopping experience impacted our customers. We're using a combination of onsite surveys, post-purchase and post-delivery surveys to learn how we can improve our overall customer experience. The Fairing team is really impressive with customer service. I hadn't reached out before and needed help with the Google Sheets integration and they helped with everything! Awesome service, and great product.

The Fairing team continues to be a fantastic partner to us, giving us strategic recommendations on how to enhance our post-purchase surveys & providing a unique perspective on how to leverage the insights we're collecting. Fairing has been tremendous in allowing us to understand how our customers are hearing about us. The Fairing team has been an incredible thought partner regarding how to further enhance our post checkout surveys to ask questions better, make the experience easier for our customers to respond, and clean up responses so they are more actionable for our team.
