This app is extremely useful and easy to use and makes the fulfilment process much more efficient. Setting it up was smooth - bear in mind though that you should already have an account with the delivery company (in our case, FanCourier). I was most impressed when I contacted Customer Support to ask for a specific use case. They were very responsive and provided a solution in less than 24 hours.

Fan Shipping app has been a game-changer for our e-commerce operations. The support team is exceptional, always there to assist and provide solutions promptly. With features like automatic, bulk shipping label creation, and most recenly FANbox we can say goodbye to the hassle of filling out forms on the carrier's website. Bulk printing for shipping labels and packing slips is a huge time-saver. The real magic happens with shipment tracking and automatic order updates in Shopify. foarte buna aplicatia, o folosim de ceva timp. Ar fi perfect, daca s-ar putea integrea si zonele "exterioare" ale FAN courier pentru a putea adauga o taxa suplimentara pentru km suplimentari.
