This app is extremely useful and easy to use and makes the fulfilment process much more efficient. Setting it up was smooth - bear in mind though that you should already have an account with the delivery company (in our case, FanCourier). I was most impressed when I contacted Customer Support to ask for a specific use case. They were very responsive and provided a solution in less than 24 hours.

foarte buna aplicatia, o folosim de ceva timp. Ar fi perfect, daca s-ar putea integrea si zonele "exterioare" ale FAN courier pentru a putea adauga o taxa suplimentara pentru km suplimentari.
Multumim pentru review! Functionalitatea pentru rate calculate tine cont de km suplimentari in calculul costului de livrare. Daca aveti intrebari legate de aceasta functionalitate, va rugam sa ne contactati.
L-am instalat acum 2 zile. Pare foarte ok. Ideea este ca nu gasesc functionalitate de a selecta in momentul realizarii awb-ului daca doresti sa declari o anumite valoare pentru marfa, dimensiunea pachetelor si punctul de incarcare. Noi avem 3 puncte de lucru pe acelasi cont Fancourier si ne-ar ajuta foarte mult alegerea punctului de lucru in momentul realizarii awb-ului. Poate nu le-am gasit eu...
