Llevamos tiempo utilizando ( sufriendo ) esta app porque ofrecía exactamente lo que necesitábamos: descuentos por markets. Sin embargo, la experiencia ha sido muy negativa. Hemos tenido varias incidencias importantes. Al aplicar descuentos, estos se quedan en estado “standby” y después no se pueden editar ni gestionar correctamente. También nos ha aplicado descuentos ( sin hacerlo nosotros ) a nuevas colecciones ... En la práctica, esto hace que la funcionalidad principal de la app no sea nada fiable. Además, el soporte ha sido inexistente en momentos críticos. Pagábamos $39.99 USD al mes (aprox. 40€), que supuestamente incluían atención y soporte 24 horas, pero en las dos últimas ocasiones en las que contactamos no recibimos ninguna respuesta. Por el precio que tiene, esperábamos una herramienta estable y un soporte acorde. Lamentablemente, no ha sido así. No podemos recomendar esta app.
Quite buggy for the simple things it's supposed to handle.
HORRIBLE APP! we installed it, tried to use it - it changed our pricing, then when we uninstalled it, THE DISCOUNTED PRICES STAYED THE SAME. it changed the coding on our pricing so we were not able to do anything about it!!! DO NOT USE IT unless you want all all your pricing to be messed up with NO support or help to rectify this matter after.
