Reviews Summary

The FAQ app is highly praised for its value, customization options, ease of use, and seamless integration with the website's design. Users appreciate that it aligns well with the overall presentation style and color scheme of their site. However, it falls short of a perfect rating due to minor issues such as a slight delay in loading the widget on the FAQ page and limitations in hyperlink customization. Users express a desire for a more seamless integration and the ability to disguise link names for a more polished appearance. In another review, the app is commended for its versatility in adding tabs to product descriptions with almost limitless customization options. Despite its strengths, the free version displays the app's logo partially covering the icon of the last tab, which some users find unprofessional.

Highlights

I did a lot of research on FAQ apps and this one has the best value, by far, for the price of a paid version. I'm very happy with it. It's customizable, easy to learn, and looks like the rest of my site in terms of presentation style and color scheme. It falls short of five stars for two reasons: one is that the widget takes an extra second or two to load when a user goes to my FAQ page. It's a small thing in the end, but a more seamless integration would be appreciated. The other reason is that there is only the option to use one hyperlink per answer, and there is no way to disguise the link name. So for example, I can't use: for more information, click *here*. I can only use, http://www.mysite.com/here. Again, not all that much of a problem in the end. But I would love it more if I could polish the appearance of the hyperlinks I use.

We're adding support for Markdown soon, which should allow one to adjust the text as they need.

Hey there. Please note the branding is removed for paid accounts. In order to display it lower, just increase the height of the widget and the branding will stay fixed to the bottom.
