Reviews Summary
The FAQ app is highly praised for its value and customization options, making it a great choice for ecommerce merchants. Users appreciate its ease of use and seamless integration with the website's design. However, some drawbacks include a slight delay in loading the widget on the FAQ page and limitations on hyperlink customization, allowing only one hyperlink per answer without the ability to disguise the link name. Despite these minor issues, users still find the app beneficial for their online store.

I did a lot of research on FAQ apps and this one has the best value, by far, for the price of a paid version. I'm very happy with it. It's customizable, easy to learn, and looks like the rest of my site in terms of presentation style and color scheme. It falls short of five stars for two reasons: one is that the widget takes an extra second or two to load when a user goes to my FAQ page. It's a small thing in the end, but a more seamless integration would be appreciated. The other reason is that there is only the option to use one hyperlink per answer, and there is no way to disguise the link name. So for example, I can't use: for more information, click *here*. I can only use, http://www.mysite.com/here. Again, not all that much of a problem in the end. But I would love it more if I could polish the appearance of the hyperlinks I use.
We're adding support for Markdown soon, which should allow one to adjust the text as they need.

This is a really good app for adding tabs to product description. Customisation seem almost limitless. i would have given five stars except with the free version there logo partially covers the icon of the last tab which is a shame. looks a bit unprofessional
Hey there. Please note the branding is removed for paid accounts. In order to display it lower, just increase the height of the widget and the branding will stay fixed to the bottom.
