We installed this app with the intention of improving our Shopify store experience. Unfortunately, it created multiple meta objects within our store that only the developer could access. Even after uninstalling the app, these meta objects remained, and the developer did not take responsibility to remove them from their end. Despite contacting the support team multiple times and allowing enough time for resolution, there was no meaningful response or action taken. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns about data transparency and post-uninstall cleanup. As a healthcare technology company that prioritizes data integrity, we cannot recommend this app. We strongly advise store owners not to install this app until the developer provides a proper cleanup mechanism and clear accountability for data removal after uninstallation.
