CloudTech FAQ Hub is a Shopify App that provides centralized product and collection FAQs, shared libraries, moderated customer Q&A, and a theme block for storefronts. It allows merchants to add FAQs on products and collections, reuse shared FAQ libraries, and map groups with metafields. Customers can easily search for answers through searchable accordions with seven design presets. Additionally, shoppers can ask questions, which can be approved in the admin panel, and merchants can reply via email using various platforms like Resend, SendGrid, Brevo, or SMTP. This app aims to reduce repetitive support tickets and enhance purchase confidence without the need for theme coding.
