Maiasaura FR review for FBP | Fast Bundle & Upsell App

After more than 12 months of using Fast Bundle, we cannot recommend this app. We replaced this app. 1. The billing model is misleading. The app appears to confuse "additional revenue generated by bundles" with "total revenue from orders containing a bundle," which causes merchants to reach higher pricing tiers very quickly. In our case, this resulted in unexpectedly high monthly fees. 299$/month 2. The app introduces a noticeable delay (around 3 seconds) when adding products to the cart. This negatively impacts the customer experience and conversion rate. Despite multiple discussions with the support team, this issue could not be resolved. 3. The support team is genuinely excellent—responsive, professional, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the pricing strategy and product limitations set by the app owners make the overall value proposition difficult to justify. Overall, the support deserves 4 stars, but the combination of high pricing, questionable billing practices, and performance issues prevents me from recommending this app.
