I am very satisfied with the service. My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I would especially like to thank Sophie for her support and kindness throughout the process. She was very helpful and attentive. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend their service.

Great app, recommend to everyone. I was facing dificulty and messaged them they replied in just minutes and I had a conversation with Lily she explained everything in very polite and in easy way, she solved the problem very quickly download this thank me later.

Great app with a lot of potential for increasing AOV through product bundles. The interface is intuitive and the setup is straightforward. Customer support was very responsive and helpful when I needed assistance. Would recommend to any Shopify merchant looking to boost their average order value.

Very good app for bundles and upsells. Easy to use, works perfectly and the support team (LARA) is very responsive. Can definitely recommend.

I had what apprently is a slightly complex bundle deal I wanted to set up (mix and match from 2 different collections to get a fixed price result) and I tried 4 other apps before FBP, none of which had the functionality I needed to complete this deal. Ben from FBP was very patient and guided me (I'm not a developer and am a little wary of making changes to my website lest I mess things up!) with great instructions. When we came across a challenge, he offered a collab request and completed the install for me. Considering as well that today is Easter Sunday in Australia (where I am), I was infinitely grateful to Ben and FBP for having someone LIVE to chat with and help me, I could not have done this without him! :)

Fast Bundle is easy and convenient to use. It makes the discounts way more professional than others! Customer support is amazing. This app has way more features than the Shopify Bundles app and when it wasnt doing exactly what I wanted it to do, Aysan was such a big help! Great App, still have a ton to learn about it.

The customer service from their team is second to none, particularly Ian. He was friendly and attentive through my whole development process, and even when we got stuck, he stayed with me running multiple tests to fix the problem. I can not thank him enough, and frankly have never received customer support to such a great degree.

Ben was very helpful in fixing an issue with my bundles. He was patient and even escalated to make sure the problem was fixed before he let me go.
