The app is easy to use and works smoothly, making store management much more efficient. I have tried 20 bundle apps, and only find this one works for my requirements. Ben was very helpful and he was online quickly after I raised the ticket and worked till midnight to help me customise my requirements.

Don't let the 5-star review full you. The developers of this app are so confused about the functionality every time I ask a question they break something else. I DO NOT recommend this app. They cannot communicate clearly and it seems like there is no log of what has been done, so each rep overrides the other person's work.

Team is always very reactive in helping solving the issues. You do not need to talk with a chatbot long time, you have someone in the chat in a very short time. I had Jazz today on the other side, very reactive as always. My requests are all solved within 30 minutes, very efficient.
