The support has helped fix both small and large issues fast and effective. The price is quite high but the support service makes it worth it, if you are set on having a bundle solution

Great app with a lot of flexibility in terms of bundling. To be honest, Fast Bundle is the best of its class in terms of performance and price. Plus support is amazing and almost instantaneous!

A tricky app to set up and understand in regards to what steps to follow and how to get it up and running. Thanks to Jasmine calling me through a link we got everything sorted out. Would highly recommend.

After trying numerous apps, Fast Bundle proved to be the perfect solution for our custom bundle creation and inventory tracking needs. When we faced minor display issues while setting up our bundles, their kind and responsive team fixed the problems within 24 hours. The best thing so far with the app is the fantastic service and help you get when contacting customer service. The app itself is so far so good. For us, we needed to upgrade quite fast.

Initially when using this app there we weren't as happy with some features of it and payment options HOWEVER...... Since then these issues have been taken into account and been changed and now are more user friendly. I have to say that Kate and rest of the team have been a massive help and great to work with on any issues that we might have experienced which is amazing to see and have such great support. We are now going to be adding Fast Bundle to another store location shortly as it is a great way of being able to have some bundle options.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that our client don't get our reply. So, we decided to leave a response here too, so that we may get your attention again and invite you to use our new pricing method which is based on the bundles you sell, instead of the bundles that you show to your customers. In this new pricing model, you won't have to pay for bundle shows; instead you will only have to pay when an actual value is created for your business by us and you have had sales through bundles. Since you seem to be interested in the service and our app, we are ready to find the best way to help you continue using it. It's a really great app, but unfortunately, it didn't match my store and I left the app, but I want to thank the most wonderful support team for all the effort they made to serve me and help me and answer all my questions, and the discount code they gave me, it's a great support team, and the app contains Beautiful great features, thank you
