Excellent support experience! Sally was incredibly helpful and friendly. She quickly identified and fixed my issue with the Fast Bundle app. Even after we were disconnected, she followed up with me by email to make sure everything was resolved properly. I truly appreciate her dedication and great customer service. Highly recommended!

The app is great to build, and easily incorporates into my pages. Even small details are customizable. The best part is that the bundles can show up as a product. Easy to use, customer service with Ian was great, he explained everything very clearly. Lily was great to help me customize the text in the bundles for a more seamless experience for the customers. Excited for my customers to use!

FastBundle has been a great solution for managing complex bundle setups in Shopify, especially when inventory tracking and bundle logic need to stay clean and accurate. I want to specifically thank Jazz from the FastBundle support team. she was extremely responsive, patient, and clear throughout the whole conversation. Highly recommended app and support team.

Got support from Amy and Jazz. I needed help with customizing my bundles on my website and they did a wonderful job. Very polite, easy to communicate, fast with work. Also the bundle block looks great on my website so definitely recommend for a bundle app!
