Amazing customer support! Russell was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond. He clearly explained everything and helped resolve my confusion immediately. The support experience was smooth, friendly, and efficient. One of the best support experiences I’ve had on Shopify. Highly recommended!

Got the app recommended by a friend, quite intuitive to use and they're really caring with the customer, Lily from support give us a ton of help regarding the activation of the app and I know she'll give us a hand if any trouble come to appear

Great app and great people behind it. Since we’re just opening our store, I ran into a few issues getting started, but Lily, Daisy, and the rest of the support team were incredibly helpful every step of the way. They made the setup process much easier and were quick to respond with clear guidance. Highly recommend both the app and their support.

We haven’t gone live with FBP yet; we’re planning to launch and A/B test it soon. However, our experience with their support team has already been second to none. Today’s interaction with Ben was on another level. I requested a customization even though our current plan doesn’t include custom work, and Ben still took the time to help. He created multiple versions to match exactly what we were looking for, and the overall experience was outstanding. Saying they are fast and responsive doesn’t even begin to capture the quality of support they provide! They truly go above and beyond.
