Incredible customer support. Besides the app being top notch, the support is really some of the best I've seen. I hope they stay that way! The app makes bundling so easy for the customer, there are lots of bundling options and features, and the design is sleek! I highly recommend this app. 10 stars if possible.

This app is the best bundle software available! Trust me I’ve tried all of them! This app stands out because of how easy it is for the customer to build their own bundle. The best part is you can customise pretty much everything. The look and feel of the colour, the text and the background. It’s an impressive app and I highly recommend it! Hudson
Great app. The support team were very helpful and solved my issue within just a few minutes!
Perfect team and great support
Thank you so much! Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
Ended up having an issue where the app started changing CSS code on our site unexpectedly. Removing the app corrected the issue, but Kate and the team reached out quickly and worked very hard to prevent this from happening again and made the situation right. Will happily use this add-on again in the future if we need a bundle tool. Thank you to the team for their fast and quick support.

If you are selling a high price product, the cost doesn't make sense.
Dear friends at Solar MaXX RV, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your concerns. We completely understand your point about the cost not making sense for high-priced products. As mentioned in our emails, we recognize that shops with higher-priced items may need different pricing options. Based on your feedback, we've updated our pricing model and added an FAQ on our pricing page to inform merchants with high Average Order Values (AOV) that we can offer customized plans. We would love to apply these adjustments to your shop so you can benefit from our app's features, and build bundles to increase your sales. We have tried reaching out to you multiple times via phone, email, and Instagram, but haven't received a response yet. Please contact our support team at your earliest convenience so we can assist you promptly. You can also reach out to our [email protected] and we will assist you immediately. We look forward to helping you get the best out of our app and building a lasting, beneficial partnership with your business. Best regards, Fast Bundle Team
