Maya is an absolute CREDIT to the FB team! I wanted some suggestions on how best to optimise my products - and before our call - she had researched my site and had the suggestions ready to go - and helped adjust the layout perfectly. Often with support teams, you get people who are quite robotic in their responses, though Maya continually asked me if I had questions, and also spoke highly of her role and said she enjoyed making things easier for customers. The E-Commerce world needs more MAYA'S.

I've used this app for a bit over a year and it's damn near perfect. Every time I've needed help with a customization they've been responsive. Today's experience with Jazz was another great example. Highly recommend!
