I’ve been using Fast Bundle on Shopify, and Ian from the support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He responded quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and guided me step by step to get everything set up smoothly.

Le service de Ian a été rapide et courtois. Il a rapidement compris le scénario que nous avions besoin pour nos clients et nous a guidé vers la solution. Ses explications étaient claires et dans le but de nous accommoder le plus possible. Il a même créé un produit test comme exemple. Ian provided fast and courteous service. He quickly understood what we needed for our clients and guided us toward the right solution. His explanations were clear, and he went out of his way to accommodate us as much as possible. He even created a test product as an example.

I have looked at several bundle apps but FBP stands out. You can create bundles with collections, which was a key feature for us. But you also get other great functionalities like POS and preset activation period options. Support is top notch: Ian was a great help in helping setting up what I needed.

All good with the Install and setup but our developers building our site had an issue and unsure how to solve it... a quick message and Sally went beyond what i was asking and sorted all our questions and more super quick and all done in no time.. App is great and the support is amazing!
