I chose this app over several other alternatives—and I haven’t regretted it for a single second. The main reason? Lily. From the very beginning, she went far beyond what I would consider “normal” support. I came in with quite a complex setup involving bundle pricing, custom logic for quantities, and very specific requirements around how prices should behave and display. This wasn’t a standard “click here, do that” type of question—it required real understanding, patience, and creativity. Lily didn’t just answer—she *worked through the problem with me*. She tested scenarios, explained limitations honestly (especially around Shopify constraints), suggested smart workarounds, and even involved the technical team when needed. On top of that, she implemented changes, adjusted configurations, and even customized parts of the design with CSS—all in real time. What impressed me the most: * She fully understood complex requirements quickly * She stayed engaged the entire time and kept me updated * She found practical solutions instead of just explaining limitations * She went the extra mile without hesitation * She was incredibly friendly and professional throughout At one point I told her I didn’t have words—and I meant it. This kind of service is *not* something you come across every day. Lily is, without exaggeration, one of the best ambassadors a company could possibly have. I tried three apps for creating bundles, and this one was the best. Plus, customer service was very responsive; Sally helped me complete the setup I wanted very quickly, which was great.
