Great app, easy to use. Customer service is amazing. I had a chat with Jazz and my issue / customization was handled within minutes. She was super helpful.

JAZZ OFFERED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ALWAYS! SHE WAS SPEEDY AND RESPONSIVE AND HELPED ME CREATE THE SPECIFIC BUNDLE TYPE I WAS NEEDING. SHE ALSO RESEARCHED MY SPECIFIC NICHE FOR US TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION ON WHICH BUNDLE TYPES WOULD LIKELY PERFORM THE BEST FOR OUR PRODUCT. IF I COULD GIVE HER TEN STARS I WOULD. ALL CAPS, BECAUSE YES, IM THAT THANKFUL.

App works great. Have had a few quirks here and there but customer support has been very quick to fix it. Aida was very fast to uncover and apply a fix to a small issue we had with a bundle configuration. Great service. Edit: Had some more issues with color customization and Daisy was very quick to do the appropriate custom CSS. She was very polite and responsive. Thank you!

Easy to understand and fast to put in place! The support is very quick (shoutout to Aida) and helped me fixed a variant issue and a drawer cart implementation in no time.

Ben from FBP was extremely responsive and helpful, and he assisted me in identifying and resolving an internal bug that was affecting my implementation. Communication was clear, the guidance was practical, and the issue was resolved efficiently. I truly appreciate the professionalism and hands-on support.
