We used Fast Bundle extensively for mix-and-match promotions, tiered pricing, and bundle campaigns for our Shopify store. When the app works, the concept is great and some of our previous campaigns did perform well. However, the overall experience became too inconsistent and time-consuming for our business. The biggest issue was reliability. We repeatedly ran into situations where discounts would suddenly stop applying correctly, carts would not update properly, or promotions that previously worked would stop functioning after minor changes like updating pricing. Every sale launch seemed to require hours of troubleshooting, testing, rebuilding campaigns, disabling other apps, and trying to identify conflicts ourselves. We upgraded our plan and spent over $300 expecting a smoother and more dependable experience, but unfortunately the amount of time lost troubleshooting recurring issues outweighed the benefits for us. Support responded, but many of the issues continued happening repeatedly without a permanent solution. For businesses that rely heavily on promotions and bundle pricing during high-volume sales events, stability is extremely important. In our experience, the app created more operational stress than convenience over time. I do think the app has potential and may work well for some stores, but for our business needs it ultimately became too unreliable to continue using confidently.
