Russell resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes after I reached out. In most cases, when contacting customer support at other companies, the process takes much longer due to additional checks and back-and-forth communication. I was genuinely impressed that you not only handled everything so quickly, but also made the UI changes directly and followed up once it was done. Thank you very much — it’s truly appreciated.

Aida helped me quickly configure my first bundle, helping me remove the watermark and customize the design to match our store. We are optimistic about Fastbundle and hope to do good business together.

I'm honestly struggling with this app - channel visibility is almost impossible with mix n match bundles. However the support is excellent and Ian was very helpful and honest about what is and isn't possible. For my needs, this app is not a good fit unfortunately. There seem to be plenty of happy customers though.

This app has increased my AOV by around 25% which is amazing, and it is really easy to set up and use. I would also like to add that I wanted to customize the code of one of my bundles, and Ben from the support team reached back to me within minutes and I had my query fixed in under half an hour. 10/10 would recommend

This app is fantastic. It does exactly what I need and is very easy to use. I especially want to mention Sophie from support – she has been absolutely amazing. She responded quickly, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve with my bundles, and even gave me suggestions to improve my product page. Thanks to her help, everything looks and works perfectly now.
