Customer service is second to none with this product. They are so helpful through their chat with any questions at all you might have. Aida has helped me a few times and does a tremendous job every time. It's really appreciated.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I am a complete technical simpleton and was in desperate need of help with my bundle product on my store. Firstly Ben came to my aid within mere minutes of a message sent and when he finished his shift (after helping me for over an hour) I was passed to Russel. Who helped me for another 2 hours!! I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for showing such patience and understanding. Never once making me feel like I was an idiot, just guiding me through the process with such kindness. Thank you both so much!!!!!

Ben is an absolute legend! I’ve been testing different Shopify apps, but Fast Bundle is the clear winner because of him. Setting up product bundles can get tricky, but Ben made the process incredibly easy. He was super responsive on chat, walking me through the setup and ensuring my discounts looked perfect. It’s rare to find support that feels this personal and genuine; Ben actually listened and helped me get exactly the results I needed. If you want an app that works great and has a team that truly cares, this is it.

Best app, it has all the best options to facilitate the customer. Cherry on the cake is that it is very easy to use. Most important the support team is amazing and help you every way immediatly. Ben is great guy prompt response with solution to all the queries. Thanks a ton!!

As a new but very hopeful client, not only was FBP the right solution selection to help us create easy to use client bundles from a very complex set of products, Jazz the support specialist was incredibly helpful during our call and not only ensured that they understood my requirements but also ensure that the solution they recommended would work for us going foward. couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend.
