Just added the app and in full set up mode. I immediately had a question about product page vs included on product page, and Daisy was very quick to help! I recommend setting up onboarding call immediately, to save time setting up bundles. Daisy also recommended this.

JAZZ Frost is the best CS agent - She took. y understanding from just a bundle creation platform to being a raging fan 0- If you are considering other platforms, stop use this one. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the power of exceptional customer service . 10/10 Would RECOMMEND

Fast Bundl Product is one of the best plugins I've ever used, and their customer service representative Aysan is incredibly helpful. I hope your company gives her a raise!

Got a little bit overwhelmed with setting up the bundle the first time, started the chat with the customer service representative and it went so smooth. I got connected with Ian, and everything went as smooth as it can be, he set up the first bundle which I then only need to duplicate what he done to make it work. In the end, he even check on every single bundle and make sure everything works fine. Best one ever, thanks Ian!

I had some serious frustrations with another bundling app so I went shopping around for a new one. This one looked simple and clean. It was less expensive than the other one, which was great but I didn't know what to expect with features. Turns out, it was FAST and EASY. It had everything I needed and more. I ran into one integration problem and the help rep, Ben, fixed it within a couple minutes and was a pleasure to work with. This was a huge relief, as I was already late trying to get some Black Friday deals live.

Support team was extremely helpful and attentive. I built thousands of unique bundles for my store on Easy Bundle only to have the Easy Bundle team tell me to delete the app cause it was causing their app to crash. I then tested Fast Bundle. I am not 100% sure if I will attempt to rebuild all my bundles on Fast Bundle, but I really appreciate the teams continuous and proactive communication! If this app meets your needs, then you have a good customer service team to support you in your endeavor. If I decide to rebuild all of my bundles, Fast Bundle will be the first app that I aim to recreate them on.

Servicio post venta genial, tienen un chat que te contestan rápido y buscando soluciones. La persona que me respondió se llamaba Amy, me resolvió todos los problemas buscando solución a todo. Por poner una pega que es todo en ingles pero funciona genial y el servicio post venta que es casi igual de importante que la aplicación un 10.

I was working on creating bundle and run into minor issue. Surprisingly help was available and not dumb bot, but actual person, named Ian. He suggested couple of ways to handle my issue and I found it not just helpful, but surprising and unusual now days. So, thanks much and highly recommend
