Daisy (my support rep) was amazing! She was fast, knowledgeable, polite, patient! She was even nice enough to do some technical magic to fix an issue we were facing! 10/10 Would recommend :DDD

Best customer support. Other than being a very useful app - their support agents like Aysan are the reason I continue to subscribe to this app. Our revenue has skyrocketed since implementing the bundles.

This app works really smoothly and their customer service is top tier. I had a small issue with some custom CSS and Russell helped me resolve and troubleshoot it in just a few moments.

App works as required, I tested loads of bundle apps before I found one that handled variants as we needed. Sally from support was very helpful in troubleshooting one of my bundles as well.

I’ve tested around 15 different apps for our Shopify store, and this one has truly stood out as the best. When I ran into a serious glitch, I accidentally trashed all my bundles.. Daisy was a lifesaver ... available anytime, providing seamless support, and guiding me through the issue with exceptional professionalism. The app does have some technical quirks, like a slight delay when adding items to the cart, but it’s practical and hasn’t caused any real issues. Overall, the experience has been smooth, and it has made managing and expanding our company profile with additional apps much easier. Best wishes to the team, and a huge thank you to Daisy, one of the best customer service reps I’ve ever come across! Cheers!

The app is straightforward to use and works great! The onboarding process was seamless, and the staff were really friendly. The one taking care of us, Jazz, was super helpful and really kind. Couldn't ask for a better experience!!!

We’ve been using Fast Bundle for a while now and it has been a huge win for our store. The app is easy to use, works smoothly with our theme, and gives us the flexibility to create bundles that actually make sense for our customers. We’ve already seen an increase in average order value since setting it up. Also want to give a shoutout to Ben from their support team. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and actually took the time to understand what we were trying to do instead of just sending generic answers. He walked us through a couple customizations and made the process super easy. Highly recommend the app, especially if you want to build bundles without overcomplicating things. Great product and great support!
