Jazz was a great help in solving my issue! i was confused initially over what were the different types of bundles, but she was patient and explained clearly the steps in achieving what I had intended for my store. Super pleased!

Bundles are showing Out of Stock on the page. Support suggests to remove the bundles :-( No good service when paying 299 USD/Month for the Enterprise edition!!

Ben helped out so much. I had a technical issue, and I pointed it out and then in no time the issue was sorted and the problem was fixed. It was quite an annoying issue that was affecting the buy button on my bundles but Ben fixed it quickly. He was also very respectful and understanding!

I love this product so much, FBP is so intuitive and more importantly the customer service is outstanding. Sally the customer service representative has guided our company to deliver bundles to our website successfully. She was very patient and informative and I wouldn't be able to integrate it without her help.

Installed the app and had an issue and Tommy fixed it in minutes right from the chat with out making me go through support hoops! Great support!
