So far so good! Ian is a great and knowledgeable person over there and fixed some stuff right away for me.

I am new to Shopify (experienced with WP, Prestashop, Joomla, etc and their add-ons, modules and plugins) and pleasantly surprised with the speed of the feedback and the tone of communication. I am just about to start using the FBP app and thanks to Ben from support I dont have to wait anymore, cause he enabled the free plan for my dev site immediately, so I can start working right away. Looking forward to this experience!

Le service de Ian a été rapide et courtois. Il a rapidement compris le scénario que nous avions besoin pour nos clients et nous a guidé vers la solution. Ses explications étaient claires et dans le but de nous accommoder le plus possible. Il a même créé un produit test comme exemple. Ian provided fast and courteous service. He quickly understood what we needed for our clients and guided us toward the right solution. His explanations were clear, and he went out of his way to accommodate us as much as possible. He even created a test product as an example.

I have looked at several bundle apps but FBP stands out. You can create bundles with collections, which was a key feature for us. But you also get other great functionalities like POS and preset activation period options. Support is top notch: Ian was a great help in helping setting up what I needed.
