I had what apprently is a slightly complex bundle deal I wanted to set up (mix and match from 2 different collections to get a fixed price result) and I tried 4 other apps before FBP, none of which had the functionality I needed to complete this deal. Ben from FBP was very patient and guided me (I'm not a developer and am a little wary of making changes to my website lest I mess things up!) with great instructions. When we came across a challenge, he offered a collab request and completed the install for me. Considering as well that today is Easter Sunday in Australia (where I am), I was infinitely grateful to Ben and FBP for having someone LIVE to chat with and help me, I could not have done this without him! :)

This app has way more features than the Shopify Bundles app and when it wasnt doing exactly what I wanted it to do, Aysan was such a big help! Great App, still have a ton to learn about it.
The customer service from their team is second to none, particularly Ian. He was friendly and attentive through my whole development process, and even when we got stuck, he stayed with me running multiple tests to fix the problem. I can not thank him enough, and frankly have never received customer support to such a great degree.
I needed to connect the button to the cart drawer, and Ian helped me out. He got the job done in about two minutes and even asked if I wanted to make an additional modification that would improve my bundle—and I said yes! He finished that job in just one minute, too. Ian is really great.
Ben was very helpful in fixing an issue with my bundles. He was patient and even escalated to make sure the problem was fixed before he let me go.

I chose this app over several other alternatives—and I haven’t regretted it for a single second. The main reason? Lily. This wasn’t a standard “click here, do that” type of question—it required real understanding, patience, and creativity. Lily didn’t just answer—she *worked through the problem with me*. She tested scenarios, explained limitations honestly (especially around Shopify constraints), suggested smart workarounds, and even involved the technical team when needed. On top of that, she implemented changes, adjusted configurations, and even customized parts of the design with CSS—all in real time. What impressed me the most: * She fully understood complex requirements quickly * She stayed engaged the entire time and kept me updated * She found practical solutions instead of just explaining limitations * She went the extra mile without hesitation * She was incredibly friendly and professional throughout At one point I told her I didn’t have words—and I meant it. This kind of service is *not* something you come across every day. Lily is, without exaggeration, one of the best ambassadors a company could possibly have.
