Sally and Jazz helped me customize my Fixed and Mix & Match bundles to match my theme. I had an issue right before launch and they saved the day - resolved everything within 10 minutes! Amazing support. thank you again.

We’ve been using Fast Bundle for a while now and it has been a huge win for our store. The app is easy to use, works smoothly with our theme, and gives us the flexibility to create bundles that actually make sense for our customers. We’ve already seen an increase in average order value since setting it up. Also want to give a shoutout to Ben from their support team. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and actually took the time to understand what we were trying to do instead of just sending generic answers. He walked us through a couple customizations and made the process super easy. Highly recommend the app, especially if you want to build bundles without overcomplicating things. Great product and great support!

We are loving the capabilities that the FBP app offers as we are adding new Bundle products to our site. When we came across a small issue, Jazz provided us with excellent customer service and solved it very quickly for us. We are very thankful for all the assistance she provided to us.

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà iniziale nella configurazione dell’app Fast Bundle e, dimenticandomi di disinstallarla, mi è stato addebitato il piano. Dopo aver contattato il supporto, sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla rapidità e dalla disponibilità del team. In particolare ringrazio Tommy, che è stato super gentile, chiaro e mi ha aiutato a ottenere il rimborso in modo immediato. Un’assistenza davvero impeccabile — seria, veloce e umana. App works as intended so far! - Set up was easy. Ran into 1 small issue and reached out support in which Tommy replied instantly, and got the issue fixed in less than a minute. He also made the support interaction kinda funny with some humor and made the experience fun, instead of a standard dry support chat! Thanks team!
