Great customer service that responds in a timely manner and is supportive and helpful, and will even do some custom work for you. The product is still in development so doesn't do quite everything I'd need it to (I have some specific needs), but they seem to consistently be working on and updating the app, so I'm sure future updates will continue to have the product become better and better. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, but I'm sure they're well on their way to changing my opinion.

Very good App! You can create bundles and don‘t need any SKUs for sets anymore. That’s what we have been looking for. The support is really quick, friendly and helpfull. I‘d love to have a bit more design freedom but the app sure does what it needs to do.

Beneficial app for creating bundles, also you can make your bundle as a product and that's a nice thing and they have very helpful support. Thank you guys I like it.

I was looking for app that suit my need I tried a lot of apps and deleted all of them after couple of use. since I started use fast bundle and with no help I can say its the best app around it does what it says. a lot of options fun to use and very nice displaying on your site or page. thanks a lot

So far so good! Will rate again when I use if more. Its also probably better if the bundle offers appear higher in the product detail page.

This app is just what I needed. I am selling bundled products without discounts and I had a very time finding an app that would do this. It is pretty easy to use and if I have a question, support is quick to answer. They were also able to customize a small part for me. I couldn't be happier. Very satisfied customer.

Fantastic app. This saved us last minute as we were getting ready for Black Friday. I actually planned on using another app that I thought would be able to create collection bundles, turns out it couldn't so after a bunch of headache I uninstalled that one to give this a try. This bundle app worked perfect for our store and was really simple to set up. I tried messing around and accidentally created a small issue where the bundle page wasn't showing the bundles (because I edited it). The customer support got back to me very quickly and from there on everything was working smoothly. This is an excellent app if you want to make mix and match bundles out of your collections (perfect for us and our apparel)
We are thrilled to have been able to contribute to your business! Black Friday is the ultimate war season for shops and tools and weapons make a big difference! ;)

Terrible, not working properly, it doesnt even add the discount to cart. There is no support, no videos for tutorials. Dont buy this.

After receiving your feedback, we've been trying continuously to reach out to you via email to get some more information about the issue and find a solution. Since we didn't hear back from you over email, we try to reach out to you by replying your review here. We hope that after receiving our reply here, we can hear back from you. With regard to your feedback, we should explain that at the time that you wrote your review, our support system was on a 12/7 schedule. We were about to upgrade our support level, and of course, your review accelerated this process. So a few weeks after your review, we added two new wonderful colleagues and upgraded our support service to 18/7. We're still trying to cover all the clock around. We are currently providing 21/7 support to our customers, and we hope in a very short time, we will upgrade our support to 24/7. We know that your previous experience with Fast Bundle was unpleasant due to unavailability of our support team for 8 hours. But we genuinely think that we can change that experience for you with providing you with a customized package that fits the specific requirements of your shop. Not a good app for new stores as the free plan does not allow sufficient testing. I have only run about 100 people through the store and already I am being asked to update the app to a $45 plan. This is not enough time to evaluate if the amount is worth it. The app works based on bundle views, but since one session can view 10-20 bundles, the app prices rack up very fast. A bundle page, like we used can count to about 10 views. And because we are a new store and testing a lot, most of the views just went on setting the app up and having my test team browse the new store. I would have give it more stars but the app didn't reply to my feedback and as my plan ran out on Black Friday i had no choice to use the $15 plan. But a day later i already was asked to upgrade again, which i will deffinily not be due to lack of testing and support. The app would be much better if 1. Support replied to the email and took feedback onboard 2. The free trail was XX number of days for new store to allow time for testing. The app itself has a great UX and is very easy to set-up on the back end. But i will be looking for another app due to the 2 points above.

This app is a must have, very original as you can use a mix n match bundle option. Its very smooth and the support team are fantastic.

Probably the best bundle app on the Shopify app store. I have looked through a bunch and this was the best-looking one and the one with the best features. Also, the customer service is stellar!
