Very good customer service and support. Sally got in touch with me right away and answered all my questions on the spot. She was very empathetic and approachable, and the service was truly professional. Definitely something that builds trust and makes you want to keep coming back.

Aysan was a great help in enabling my free tier and removing the watermark. I am excited to start building my store with this app and I will be back to update once sales come in! Update: Had a minor bug that was messing with the position of the bundle builders. Russell helped me out and within 30 minutes my issue was resolved! Customer service is a 10/10

I’m still in the process of configuring the app, so I can’t give a final verdict yet. But it looks great so far. The Mix and Match feature works exactly as I imagined. Support is also super fast. Even if the widget doesn’t look 100% the way you want right after installation, the support team helps very quickly. Rusell and all other members from the support team are very helpflul.

There is an option for a free plan (extension) which requires that you check eligibility. It sends a message to the team. I used this option and Jazz helped me and set everything up very quickly! I will be trying out this free plan and am looking forward to seeing how it works out for my customers!

Easy to install and set up. Had an initial problem with the bundles showing up as out of stock, but Jazz from support handled it nicely and quickly.

This app does exactly what its said to, best bundle options with good customizations. Especially i had an amazing experience with tommy and daisy, they helped me out instantly and i had a very nice time talking with them!

I've tested several bundling and subscription apps and FBP and Subi has one of the best integration out there. FBP stands out with it's mix and match widget being on page instead of being another whole page entirely. This means that customers are able to create the mix and match on the parent product page itself. Sally and Ben have been amazing in helping us understand the app and the FBP-Subi system.
