Team is always very reactive in helping solving the issues. You do not need to talk with a chatbot long time, you have someone in the chat in a very short time. I had Sara today on the other side, very reactive as always.

Great app, easy to use. Customer service is amazing. I had a chat with Jazz and my issue / customization was handled within minutes. She was super helpful.
Extremly great support! Whatever makes problems with other Apps, FastBundle support is there and fixes it in matter of minutes! Amy from fast Bundle support just made an adjustment within a few little minutes after I dropped my request... awesome!!! :)
The app is really flexible and I am optimistic that it will help us increase our AOV at www.storesupplies.com . Big shout out to Daisy for taking lots of times to answer all of my questions :)

App works great. Have had a few quirks here and there but customer support has been very quick to fix it. Aida was very fast to uncover and apply a fix to a small issue we had with a bundle configuration. Great service. Edit: Had some more issues with color customization and Daisy was very quick to do the appropriate custom CSS. She was very polite and responsive. Thank you!

Easy to understand and fast to put in place! The support is very quick (shoutout to Aida) and helped me fixed a variant issue and a drawer cart implementation in no time.
