I had an excellent experience with this app. The customer support team was incredibly responsive and helped me to customize the design of the bundle app exactly how I wanted it. They always answered my questions promptly and were able to resolve any issues I had.

Fast Bundle is easy to use, and the customer service is top notch! I struggled for months to find something to assist in my very big ask, and their product did it with ease! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to bundle their products.

Very easy understanding app for the people like me, I have 0 experience in shopify and coding, I tried a lot of upsell/cross sell app, those are very difficult to understand. Fast bundle explain very clearly in each function, and they also make a quick appointment with me to teach me how to set up the bundle. I will recommend this app to the user who like to have the bundle sell in your shop.

good for bundles by collections, still too expensive. its hard to convert a collection mix and match into a product tough. --- they are really attending my requests inmidiatly and personalized.

I just started working with this app but so far I m enjoying it. As a new user I scheduled a call with Kate from Support and she walked me through the basics, provided links to help me navigate the app, and learn the different options as well. She was very thorough, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly! I highly recommend.

Of all the Bundle type apps this is absolutely the best we found. We have tested a lot of them, but the look and feel and how easy it is to create bundles is what convinced us to go with this app. As an added bonus the support is absolutely incredible - Ben, Jasmine and Jay were absolutely on top of my every question. They even coded a small modification (which I then didn't use - sorry ;) ). Can't recommend them enough.

Had problems with the bundling of products on an international market. However, the company opened up the support and had a video conference with me on a Saturday to get it fixed for us. It seems to be working and will update if not. For start-ups the price is somewhat steep, at least for some of the features that come in the Pro plan.
