FBP | Fast Bundle & Upsell App

Aysan did a fantastic job helping me resolve a technical issue with the Fast Bundle app

Aysan quickly fixed my issue and was funny! A much needed customer service experience.

Very intuitive program, whenever we had doubts customer support promptly helped us, specifically the assistant Aida was fantastic and decisive.

Solid app and I'm super happy with the support. Fast, polite, and helpful. I contacted them twice when needed to customize a ton through code and all team members did an awesome job. - Sally, Ian, and especially Aida. Couldn't recommend more!

Russell was very helpful in solving my issue and was able to point me in the right direction to customize my product page the way I wanted.

Support is fast and proactive. Jazz was awesome, she took the time to dig deeper and go the extra mile, 10/10.

Aysan did a great job helping me navigate the app and creating my bundles. So far the app is doing everything I need

Great service and app. Big ups to Russell for the help to get us started.

I used this app to set up our Christmas gift bundles. The app is easy to use and their youtube tutorials are very helpful. When I had some issues and questions for the set up, Aida from their support team answered my queries very quickly from the live chat. When I published the bundles on our store, I came in with an issue that the "add to cart" button didn't work. This is quite crucial and time urgent, as we wanted to announce the deal today. Russell came in to help straight away from the live chat. He inspected the issue and just made the button working on his end. He then spent more time (30min) to make sure the button works with our theme. Truly amazing! Really enjoy workign to FBP team!

Incredibly smooth onboarding experience. Russell answered all queries promptly, which allowed us to get set up and use the application right away without issues.

Jazz was super helpful! Thanks so much :)

Amazing support from Aida and Russell! They helped me reposition my bundle widgets and made sure everything was running smoothly.

Aida was very patient and helpful.
