We just got the app and have had a 10/10 of customer service experience. We had several bespoke request for formatting and layout during our integration phase and their team immediately made these changes for us at no additional cost. Highly recommend this app!

I dealt with Sophie and she resolved multiple issues for me extremely quickly with no complications and got exactly what I needed done. Would highly recommend the app and they have great support if needed

As a store owner, finding an app that actually moves the needle on Average Order Value (AOV) is a necessity & Fast Bundle has been a game-changer. It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store and has allowed us to create professional 'Buy X Get Y' and mix-and-match bundles that our customers love. Top it off with fabulous customer service. Exactly what I needed to bundle items together while keeping them as separate items in checkout. Needed support as the feature I was looking for wasn't there... they implemented it overnight.

Maya was super helpful and responsive to my issue. She immediately helped me figure out what I did wrong and I got my bundles working within a few minutes literally. I love the options of different bundles and it really helps.
