The best thing so far with the app is the fantastic service and help you get when contacting customer service. The app itself is so far so good. For us, we needed to upgrade quite fast.

Incredible bundle app, but more impressive, is their support team. Every issue I have had has resulted in a quick response with thorough instructions and screenshots to help. Thank you so much to Zahra for her help.

Initially when using this app there we weren't as happy with some features of it and payment options HOWEVER...... Since then these issues have been taken into account and been changed and now are more user friendly. I have to say that Kate and rest of the team have been a massive help and great to work with on any issues that we might have experienced which is amazing to see and have such great support. We are now going to be adding Fast Bundle to another store location shortly as it is a great way of being able to have some bundle options.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that our client don't get our reply. So, we decided to leave a response here too, so that we may get your attention again and invite you to use our new pricing method which is based on the bundles you sell, instead of the bundles that you show to your customers. In this new pricing model, you won't have to pay for bundle shows; instead you will only have to pay when an actual value is created for your business by us and you have had sales through bundles. Since you seem to be interested in the service and our app, we are ready to find the best way to help you continue using it. It's a really great app, but unfortunately, it didn't match my store and I left the app, but I want to thank the most wonderful support team for all the effort they made to serve me and help me and answer all my questions, and the discount code they gave me, it's a great support team, and the app contains Beautiful great features, thank you

Great app, did exactly what I need. I was looking to add products as a bundled system with no discount applied and that was an option offered here. Even when I came across a problem the support team was quick to help.

Haven't even been a month yet and our bundles sales are over $1100! Reached out for tech support and my issue was solved within 48 hours, great app and support team. Highly recommended.

This app is both simple to use and packed with awesome features! I got help from Mahya at Fast Bundle Support, who was super fast and sorted out my problems in no time. I definitely would recommend this app!

Great app does exactly what it needs to, has been great working with the team they're responsive and extremely helpful. Looking into our Niche requirements and helping work our some kinks from other apps we use and display adjustements the best support team I've ever dealt with for a shopify App.

Good app, which gives all you need if you want to build quick bundles and quick promotions to support sales. Support, which for us it is foundamental, is responsive and helpful!
