I'm struggling to find a way to reach you. The support button do not work, and cant find your email or website to contact you The app is amazing btw
This type of asking for support, was the most creative approach we've ever seen :)). Thank God you liked the app. Sorry that you couldn't find a way to ask for support, but we're happy that we finally made it. Last but not least, Thank you for your review. It meant a lot to us. :)

So far it has been what we were looking for to build bundles. It has been very easy to use and the customer service we have received when we have questions has been very good.

truly plug and play (unlike some others). This is the only app I found that allowed for easily creating a separate PDP for the bundle. Great support as well!

This is exactly the app I was looking for. If you need to create bundled products (as a single product) but have all the SKUs added to your cart and deducted from inventory properly, then this is the app for you. Super simple UI and great customer service as well.

I searched through every single bundle app on Shopify and this was the only one who responded to my query, made coding adjustments, and helped me to add bundles in a way that works for our store (it looks and feels like an extension of our store!). Super responsive. Super friendly and willing to make custom coding work! Thanks so much.

Update 4/19/22: App stopped working/displaying any bundles entirely. We've figured out a solution to our problems using the shopify discounts alone. Great customer service, easy to use. Best almost free* bundling app available! Formatting is a bit wonky, but the customer service reps will very quickly make changes for you at no cost. It's also well worth the value to get the plan. *NOTE: Employee views, and test views count toward your limit. Customer service did however note my issue and gave me 200 more free views.

Your feedback about the development shops and the test period is something important to think about. It needs some technical changes but it is a noticeable comment on our app's subscription plans. Its definitely user friendly and easy to set up, I like that it creates an offer page to display all offers, however I wish the offers page was a bit more customizable vs having to create something with a bit more style options to display all offers outside of the products page and or offers page. I found myself needing some support from the developers and they were super fast to respond even throughout the Christmas break, and resolved my issue with minimal delay.
Nothing is better than a detailed and kind feedback for an app like us. We are happy that you're enjoying the app and we will consider your feedback about the offers page. We have thought about some options for the offers page when we developed it at the beginning but we found it a little risky. Then we received requests for other features and it kind of lost its priority. Your feedback has turned it back on the table :) Thanks again and have a great year.

With the addition of the Volume Discount, I can now offer bundling within one product. This is what I was looking for and am very happy it's now an option!

Very pleased. Having tried a few, this app delivers. It's flexible and allows you to create a product out of the bundle; it lets customers 'stack' bundles at Checkout and retains the correct pricing - and the developer team is responsive and very helpful and made some changes for what we needed.

I provided a video to show a bug with the "cart drawer" option and they fixed it right away. This is a very powerful app to provide multiple options for our customers with incredible customer service. Highly recommend!

A good App, easy to set up and manage. The front-end is pretty clear for customer as well. We have done a successful sales campaign last winter and will repeat it in the future. I recommend.
Hello Dear Friends in Triangle Hi-Fi Your review is about the saddest Friday that we've experienced in our company; the day that we failed to give a stable service for about two hours because of a simple issue that we've underestimated. The problem occurred because our domain expired while we hadn’t received any expiration alert for it. We just renewed our domain as soon as it got unavailable, but it takes time for the DNS settings to get updated and the domain becomes available again over the whole web. This process took 1 hour and 50 minutes (November 12 from 7:00 AM to 8:50 AM GMT) for our service to become available again. We know that we should have taken more care about it and that is not acceptable. I want to apologize for the issue that made your bundle offers not work for about two hours. I understand how important and cost-consuming it might have been for you. We are so sorry that your customers have missed seeing the bundle offers in the meantime. After this accident, we have redoubled our service monitoring to make sure that this problem will never happen again and the service will be available all the time. Also, we have arranged a 24hours availability of our full staff during the coming BFCM period. I appreciate your review that made us more conscious. It’s our honor that you and our other 1000 customers trust us and we are a part of your businesses on our first release anniversary. We are trying our best to improve our service and become more and more reliable. Again, I’m sorry for the service disruption and I assure you and all the merchants that we are doing our best to prevent this incident from happening again. I hope you accept our apology.
