Simple, flexible form builder with great Shopify-native experience This is a solid solution if you’re looking for a lightweight yet flexible form builder inside Shopify. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, making it easy to create custom forms without touching code, even for more complex use cases like lead collection, contact forms, or surveys. What I really like: Very smooth Shopify backend integration — feels native, not clunky Clean UI and easy form setup with customizable fields Works well with common email tools like Klaviyo and Mailchimp Floating and embedded form options give good flexibility for different pages Instant notifications help you react quickly to submissions Setup is fast, performance is stable, and the overall experience is straightforward. Would love to see more advanced logic options in the future, but for most Shopify use cases, this app already does a great job. Highly recommended for teams that value speed, clarity, and ease of use.
