Terrible, Keeps refreshing. lose all info, not syncing. feed differ from template

Service is shocking, Salesperson Lebohang Modisakeng do not respond to communication or return calls. our customers are complaining that the delivery rates are too high and opt to use alternative delivery method i.e pudo or collection. I raised this with Lebo on numerous occasions to no avail and finally requested a refund (aprox20 days ago) via email but had no response. when I eventually managed to get hold of her a week ago via WhatsApp, she said that she has to escalate the request to her MD and give me feedback on the refund of R1150.00, we since had not response and no refund. Please can someone help
