Öncelikle Fatih beye ve Fatura Entegratör firmasına entegrasyon sırasındaki hızlı desteklerinden ötürü Clou ekibi olarak teşekkür ederiz. Uygulamanın tek tıkla fatura kesebiliyor bize e-faturaya geçiş aşamasında çok avantaj sağladı. Geri bildirim olarak söyleyebileceklerimiz; - Fatura çeşitli sebeplerden ötürü kesilemediğinde "Fatura Oluşturuldu" etiketi yine de gelmekte. - Kesilemeyen bir faturayı manuel olarak sistemden kesmeye çalıştığımızda customer oluşturma aşamasında sistem stabil değildi. Başta oluşturamadı, bir kaç tekrar sonrasında oluşturabildik. Bu iki konuda da destek ileriye yönelik destek verilebilirse kusursuz bir uygulama olma yolunda ilerleyeceğinizi düşünmekteyiz

Fuat ve Fatih Bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederim; her aşamada ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydılar. Flow sayesinde farklı senaryolarda ve toplu şekilde fatura kesmek son derece kolaylaştı. En önemlisi ise Shopify’daki kurumsal fatura sorunumu kalıcı olarak çözdüler. Piyasadaki birçok online muhasebe programını denedikten sonra net bir şekilde söyleyebilirim: Shopify Flow, sorunsuz çalışan ve tüm ihtiyaçlara çözüm sunan bir sistem. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
