FedEx Duty & Tax

The FedEx Duty & Tax app provides ecommerce merchants with the ability to display a duty and tax guarantee in the checkout process, aiming to build trust with customers from the beginning of their global shopping experience. The app ensures that the amount shown at checkout is the final price for duties and taxes, covering any overages with a service fee for protection, although no refunds are issued if the actual duties and taxes are lower. FedEx surcharges and fees are assessed separately, with terms applying to the service provided.
