Freight costs is a deal maker or deal breaker with our customers. Passing along our discounted amounts certainly helps sell more product. This app was TREMENDOUS in making this happen for us. Emailing customer service didn't seem to work for us, but once we got them on the phone it was fixed in seconds. We recently upgraded to the 2nd tier as we needed lift gate charges, etc. for residential deliveries. Works like a charm......

Works great. Calculates freight accurately easy to use and setup. Tech team is quick to respond if there are any issues or questions.

Awesome app! Setup is slightly challenging for a non-highly-technical person BUT their support team is extremely quick to respond and very helpful. :)
