App works great! It was easy to set up and we have experienced zero issues with order imports or tracking exports. Well Done Fedex!

If only there was a 0 star selection. Extremely glitchy, takes multiple attempts to complete a single order with no reason other than it saying "Missing Information" only for the order to be accepted five attempts later with the same information. Several calls to technical support and the solution was to delete all FedEx cookies every time before logging in. Worked for a day and then didn't show all my orders the next day. The solution that time was to remove the connection to my store and re-connect it. All of these fixes, needless to say, are great time-wasters. I get the feeling that this is some junior high school computer class project, not good enough for businesses like FedEx and Shopify.

I'm extremely grateful that this has been built, but it doesn't work well. It took me ten minutes to finish a single shipment because it claimed an address was not filled out, but it was! Eventually entering an insurance value is what enabled the shipment to properly validate. I suspect this problem is because the FedEx Ship Manager is super slow and does not work well, but I can't rule out that it's something with this Shopify extension.

This app is very easy to use and makes it much easier to integrate Shopify with FedEx. I'm excited to see FedEx and Shopify strengthen their relationship.
