Good that it is a free app. But, it is so buggy. We have had a number of occasion where it doesn't pull orders from Shopify, so you have to manually enter data for a shipment. Then the customer support from Fedex is awful and guess what it is also a system full of bugs.
We've had a smooth experience using this app to manage our FedEx shipments. The integration with Shopify has made our fulfillment process much more efficient by reducing manual work and keeping everything organized in one place.
Looks like if you use this tool, you can't really filter orders by anything other than order number or customer name.
buyer beware - this does not give you any shipping rates for your customers to choose from. The basic Shopify plans won't let you. You have to pay soooo much more money to be able to do that. It wasn'tlike that in the begining of Shopify, butthey want you to pay so much more now for everything without even getting the basic live help they used to have way back. It's just plain GREEDY
