Feedflock: XML Product Feeds

I am using xml feed for czech Zbozi and Heureka. It works seamlessly. Setting up was overwhelming and I was ready to give up. But the customer support reached out and set it for me. This was amazing experience. Their proactive communication, responses within couple of hours, sometimes even within couple of minutes is, in my opinion, outstanding. They helped me to tune the feeds exactly to my needs and my liking. It is nice to have working app, but flawless customer support experience is the one thing that puts Appfleece team on top. We run two Shopify stores (CZ and SK with over 35k variants in total) and moved all our feeds to Feedflock: Google Merchant Center for both countries, XML feeds for marketplaces and a CSV page feed for Google Ads. Everything regenerates on its own and the public URLs just work. What stands out is the custom Liquid template and connection to ChatGPT and Claude. When we needed a format no preset covered, we asked AI to write the template and the feed was live within minutes. Product metafields come through as well, including metaobjects holding several values like URLs at once. Support answers fast and knows the product. Recommended to all!

S aplikací Feedflock i celkově s podporou Appfleece jsem maximálně spokojená. Všechno funguje bez problémů a nejvíc oceňuji opravdu rychlou a ochotnou podporu. Reakce jsou vždy velmi rychlé, vše mi pomohli nastavit a zároveň sami upozornili na věci, které by bylo dobré upravit nebo zkontrolovat. Je vidět, že jim opravdu záleží na tom, aby vše fungovalo správně, a neřeší jen samotný dotaz. Za mě skvělý přístup a určitě doporučuji.
