Their availability may vary depending on their schedule, but they continue to provide support and respond when they’re available. Today is the 10th, and their last activity was on the 5th. They may simply be working on their current schedule, but they’ll be back online and available to help. Overall, it’s a team that continues to provide support and take care of its customers.
