We use Feefo for our service and product reviews. I don't understand the negative reviews here at all as in our experience it is a really excellent review platform. All our reviews are from verified customers only (so no spammy trolls and haters), and they have a rigorous process for making sure we can't fiddle with the reviews, which means we keep focussing on being excellent! Feefo is a vital part of our customer service toolkit, there are powerful analytics in the portal for us to understand what our customers are saying about us and their support is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
